We proudly offer the Iron Loader V2 for the 2014-2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee EcoDiesel, utilizing an updated device to enhance your vehicle's performance. This device uses Bluetooth communication with your phone or tablet, making the tuning process simpler and more efficient than ever before.

How It Works:

Upon purchasing this product, you will receive the Iron Loader V2 device. This device allows you to connect to your Jeep Grand Cherokee EcoDiesel via Bluetooth using the PowerGate app (available on iOS and Android). You can read your vehicle's stock tune, upload it to our tuning servers, and receive your custom tune, which can then be downloaded and written back to your vehicle's ECU through the Iron Loader V2 device.

Available Tune Options:

• Economy: Retain stock power with emissions components removed, focused on improving fuel efficiency.
• StockPlus: Maintain emissions components while gaining a +35hp boost. Fuel economy increases by 5-10%.
• EcoPower: With emissions components removed, this tune provides a +35hp gain, optimized for better fuel mileage while maintaining reliability.
• Race: Remove emissions components and achieve a +50hp boost for enhanced performance, with safety features intact.
• Tow: Gain a +50hp boost for improved towing capability at max capacity, with emissions components removed.
• Max: Achieve maximum power with a +75hp increase on a stock engine and turbo setup.
• Custom: Tailored for modified engines or turbos, offering a custom engine calibration suited to your specific needs.

Important Considerations:

• Turnaround Time: For all 2020+ Jeep EcoDiesel Bench Flashes, we require 5-7 business days minimum in order to program the PCM and finalize testing before returning the PCM. Please note that this will mean your vehicle will be inoperable until then. Once the PCM has returned to you, please ensure that all codes are cleared and that the vehicle runs before attempting to modify the vehicle. The tunraround time for 2014-2019 Jeep EcoDiesel's is 1-2 days.
• Resolve Any Errors: Ensure that no maintenance or engine lights are on before starting the tuning process.
• Clear DEF/DPF Issues: Ensure any DEF/DPF countdown issues are cleared before tuning, as the ECU tune will not address these errors.
• Check SCR Module Codes: Any pre-existing SCR module codes must be resolved before tuning as they cannot be cleared afterward.
• Revert to Stock: If your PCM has been previously tuned, it must be reverted to stock before applying a new tune.
• No Computer Needed!: This product does not require you to have a laptop to download, send, and receive files. Everything is built into the mobile app.
• Custom Order: This product is a custom order and cannot be returned or refunded.

Quick Start Instructions:

• Step 1: Connect the Iron Loader V2 device to your vehicle’s OBD2 port and power it on.
• Step 2: Open the PowerGate app on your phone, connect via Bluetooth, and follow the in-app prompts to read your stock tune.
• Step 3: Upload your stock tune to the tuning server and wait for the new custom tune to be ready.
• Step 4: Download the custom tune and upload it to your vehicle using the PowerGate app.
• Step 5: Follow on-screen instructions to complete the tuning process.
