Shipping policy

General Shipping

JS Speedshop offers shipping options for most of our products across Canada and the United States. While we aim to keep costs as low as possible, some oversized items, remote delivery locations, or cross-border shipments may incur additional charges. These can include, but are not limited to, freight surcharges, remote area delivery fees, customs brokerage fees, duties, or taxes.

Diesel Products
Some performance parts sold by JS Speed Shop may not be legal for use in California or other states with similar emissions laws. It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify legality before purchase or installation. These products are intended for off-road or racing use only unless otherwise stated.

Free shipping is only available on select Holley items shipped to the contiguous U.S. for orders over $149. Oversized items and clearance parts are excluded. 

Duties, Taxes, and Cross-Border Fees

We ship all U.S. diesel product orders with the required USMCA/CUSMA paperwork. Under U.S. law, goods from Canada that qualify under the USMCA free trade agreement should not be subject to additional tariffs. However, U.S. Customs or delivery carriers may still apply duties, tariffs, or handling fees at the time of delivery. These charges are outside of our control and are the responsibility of the customer.

Regulatory Changes
Customs authorities may adjust final charges if they apply different HS codes or classifications. If additional duties or fees are assessed, JS Speed Shop is not liable for discrepancies beyond our control.

Customer Responsibility
By placing an order, you agree to the duties and taxes calculated and collected at checkout. Orders refused at delivery will be treated as returns and may be subject to restocking and return shipping fees.

Insurance

All products shipped from us are fully insured at no extra cost to customers. This is part of our commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.

PO Box

Most of our products cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box. However, we handle these situations on a case-by-case basis. If customers only have a P.O. Box address, solutions such as shipping to the nearest courier station or an alternative address may be arranged. Please contact us for more information, as each situation varies.

Order Process

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

We strive to be transparent and straightforward about our shipping process. Typically, after a product is purchased, it takes 4-7 business days for customers to receive it. However, some special-order products may require additional processing days plus a 2-3 week shipping period (shipment times may be longer for remote areas). Estimated Shipping Date

The estimated shipping date is calculated by factoring in the time required to obtain and package your products and the average courier speed based on the shipping destination. During holiday seasons, please allow an extra 2-3 business days due to the higher volume of orders. Orders may arrive slightly earlier or later than the estimated shipping date.
