At JS Speedshop, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our return policy carefully to understand your options for returning items.
Eligibility for Returns
- Accepted Items: Returns are accepted for new, unused, and unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Electronics
- Custom tuning (including devices and tuning alone), exhausts, race pipes, and EGR kits
- Special order or custom products
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Return Process
- Submit a Return Request: Contact our customer service team at info@jsspeedshop.ca to initiate a return. Include your order number and details about the item(s) you'd like to return.
- Receive Return Authorization: Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning your item.
- Ship the Item Back: Package the item securely and ship it to the address provided, ensuring the RMA number is included. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Important Notes
- Items returned without an RMA number or outside of the 30-day return window will not be accepted.
- We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet the above conditions.
