Frequently asked questions
Is E42 unlocking included?
No. The later-year E42 ECM needs a separate HP Tuners unlock service before tuning.
Does every year support switch-on-the-fly tuning?
No. SOTF applies to the 2017–2023 configuration; the later-year option uses a single calibration.
Does this package include exhaust and EGR parts?
No. This is the tuning package. Mechanical exhaust and EGR parts are separate.
