This all-in-one kit combines our 3" DPF delete parts kit with custom ECU tuning for 2010–2023 Mercedes-Benz and Freightliner Sprinter vans equipped with the 3.0L V6 diesel engine.
The 3" exhaust components replace the restrictive factory emissions hardware, while the matching ECU calibration is prepared for your vehicle's specific ECU and exhaust configuration. Together, they provide a complete setup for supported off-road and competition applications.

ECU compatibility varies by model year and vehicle configuration. All applications must be verified before ordering.
Fitment Notes
- 2010–2012 models: Commonly equipped with Bosch EDC17CP10, with some vehicles using EDC17CP46.
- 2013–2018 models: ECU compatibility and available tuning options must be verified.
- 2019–2023 models: Require the correct exhaust configuration and compatible ECU.
- 2023 models: Verify the engine is the 3.0L V6 diesel. The newer 2.0L four-cylinder diesel uses a different configuration.
- Not compatible with 2.1L or 2.0L diesel applications.

Power Levels
Available on supported later-model ECUs:
- Stock: Calibration with no additional advertised power.
- Stage 1 (+40 HP): Improved throttle response and increased power.
- Stage 2 (+50 HP): Higher-output performance calibration.
2010–2012 models: Available power levels and tuning methods must be confirmed with JS Speedshop before ordering.
How the Tuning Works
The tuning process depends on the ECU installed in your Sprinter.
For supported bench-flash applications, your ECM and any required additional modules are sent in for programming.
A prepaid shipping label is provided for the existing JS bench-flash service. Once received, the modules are inspected, programmed with the selected tune and shipped back.
Typical turnaround for that service is 4–6 business days plus return shipping.
For 2010–2012 Sprinters, JS Speedshop must confirm ECU compatibility, the tuning method and available calibration before processing the order.
Before Sending Your Modules
- Diagnose and clear existing vehicle faults before tuning.
- Disconnect the battery before ECU removal.
- Label the ECM with your order number, vehicle model and year.
- Provide your VIN and ECU identification.
- Disclose any previous ECU tuning or modifications.
- Do not ship additional modules unless instructed by JS Speedshop.

- This is a custom tuning service and cannot be refunded or cancelled once processing has begun.
- Professional exhaust installation is recommended.
- ECU programming should be completed by a qualified professional.
- Tuning or ECU modifications may affect the manufacturer's warranty.
