Installation Instructions
- Remove all sensors and the DEF injector from the downpipe, SCR, and DPF.
- Loosen the tailpipe-to-muffler clamp, slide back, and remove the tailpipe.
- Loosen the front muffler clamp and remove the muffler (retain for reuse).
- Remove the three fasteners from the 3-bolt flange, then remove the SCR assembly.
- Loosen the turbo-to-downpipe v-band clamp, remove the downpipe, and keep the clamp.
- Install the new downpipe with the retained clamp (do not fully tighten yet).
- Attach the secondary pipe to the downpipe, ensuring the hanger faces forward.
- Install the third pipe with its hanger facing the rear.
- If the truck has a 5'7" bed, cut 7" from the side connecting to the secondary pipe.
Additional Considerations
- Requires off-road delete tuning for proper function.
- Professional installation is recommended for best results.
