Sprinter exhaust systems changed beginning mid-2018 when Mercedes revised the turbo direct pipe and exhaust configuration. This kit is built to accommodate both early (2010β2018) and late (2019+) exhaust layouts. Properly confirming your vehicleβs configuration before ordering is essential to ensure correct fitment.
Constructed from premium 304 stainless steel, the system is designed for durability in demanding work or travel environments. Mandrel-bent tubing and factory-style mounting brackets provide proper alignment while helping reduce unnecessary turbo stress.
Sound Note: A straight-pipe configuration produces a louder exhaust tone and may introduce highway drone. For reduced noise levels, select the optional resonator configuration.
