Will this exhaust fit my Sprinter?
Fitment depends on your model year, engine and exhaust configuration. These products are intended for compatible 3.0L diesel Sprinters. Some 2018 models have a different turbo outlet design, so year alone isn’t enough to confirm fitment. Send us your vehicle details and, if needed, photos of your existing exhaust before ordering.
Do I need tuning, and is installation included?
Both exhaust options require compatible tuning, which is purchased separately. Installation is not included, and professional installation is recommended. We can help you confirm the parts and tuning requirements before you order.
What if I’m unsure about fitment or have an issue after delivery?
Contact our team before attempting to modify or install a part that appears incorrect. Include your order number, vehicle details and clear photos of the issue so we can help assess it. Check our returns policy before purchasing, as eligibility depends on the product and its condition.
How to Fix Mercedes DPF Issues
Drive for Passive/Active Regeneration:
- Drive your Mercedes on a highway or open road at a steady speed above 40 mph (approx. 64 km/h) keeping the engine around 2,000 RPM for 20 to 30 minutes.
- This allows the exhaust gas temperature to rise enough to burn off accumulated soot automatically.
What’s the difference between the two exhaust options?
The performance exhaust uses aluminized steel and includes dual resonators to help control sound. The stainless parts kit uses stainless steel and includes a downpipe, midpipe, reducer and clamps. They have different fitment requirements, and tuning is sold separately. Contact us if you’re unsure which option suits your setup.
Do you ship to my location, and when will my order arrive?

Items marked as preorder are not available for immediate dispatch.
Will this fix a DPF, EGR or AdBlue warning?
A warning light can have several causes and should be diagnosed before purchasing parts. These exhaust products are not a guaranteed repair for an existing fault. They are intended for restricted off-road or competition applications, subject to applicable laws; an off-road label does not establish permission for every vehicle or location.
